I was looking for 2-3 year-old vehicle. i couldn't find one that fit my requirements on North Shore, so I drove to Norwood. Process was seamless, price was right, service was exceptional.

Buying car was fine, follow up on getting car with plates, registration, inspection, was a hassle. Felt like once the car was sold the attention was over. Very disappointed. Sales rep did not know answers to some questions and forgot things that required us to bring car back after picking it up. The small details were not paid attention to.
